We organized Skill Development Programmes / Livelihoods Programes ranging from one month to 3 months duration based on the specific trades. The trainees are also imparted knowledge on Entrepreneruship Development , so that they can start their own enterprise . Trainees are also provided handholding services based on their requirements. Some of the agencies for whom we have conducted skill development trainings are District Rural Development Agencies, District Urban Development Agencies,National Science & Technology Entrepreneurship Development Board. Till date we have trained more than 10,000 candidates in various trades. 

We have been Conducting Entrepreneurship Development Programmes since our inception in 1979. Till date we have conducted more than 1000 Enterpreneurship Development Programmes, training more than 30,000 educated unemployed youths.We have special EDPs for special groups such as Women EDPs, EDPs for SC/ST Youth, EDPs for Scavengers , Physically handicapped etc. We partner with National Level Agencies such as National SC / ST Development and Finance Corporation, NSKFDC, Ministry of Food Processing Industries etc. In the State of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh we partner the Directorate of Industries, State Agro Industries Development Corporation etc.

We conduct training programmes customizing the needs of the client. Training modules are designed keeping in view the overall operating environment of the client as well as the candidates selected for training.
